Chief Executive Officer

Leslie has worked at Livingston Community Health for over 10 years.  Prior to becoming CEO in 2012, Leslie served in a leadership role as the Director of Planning and Development when she joined LCH in 2008. Leslie received her Master’s in Public Health at California State University Fresno and her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Stanislaus. She is an advocate for community health centers with a dedication to providing quality, comprehensive, affordable, patient centered services to all individuals with or without the ability to pay. 



Chief Medical Officer 

Glen A. Villanueva, D.O., FAAFP is a Board Certified Family Physician who serves as the Chief
Medical Officer for Livingston Community Health. Dr. Villanueva graduated with his medical
degree from Kansas City University of Health and Biosciences and completed his Family
Medicine Residency at Texas Tech University of Health Sciences-El Paso. After residency, he
completed a post-doctoral fellowship in faculty development in the Department of Family and
Community Medicine at the UC-San Francisco School of Medicine.

For over 20 years he has been a clinician, educator and leader in health care. He has provided
medical care to the underserved population of those living in the Central Valley of California. In
addition to his leadership responsibilities overseeing all clinical aspects of LCH, he holds a
faculty appointment as Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine with UC-Davis School of
Medicine. He continues to teach and train medical students, resident physicians, and other
healthcare associated students.

Dr. Villanueva is committed to clinical excellence for all patients that LCH serves.



Chief Operations Officer

Feras joined Livingston Community Health in 2017 as the Chief Operations Officer.  He comes with over 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, in addition to a number of years in the insurance and legal arenas.  Feras received his Juris Doctor degree from San Joaquin College of Law, and his Bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University, Fresno.  Feras strives to ensure that patients receive excellent care with exceptional service at all of the Livingston Community Health locations.
