PEDIATRICIAN

Plan and carry-out medical care programs for children from birth through adolescence to aid in mental and physical growth and development. Examine patients to determine presence of disease and to establish preventive health practices. Determine nature and extent of disease or injury, prescribe and administer medications and immunizations, and perform a variety of medical duties. Pediatrician will supervise one Physician Assistant and two Nurse Practitioners.

Position Requirement

Medical degree or foreign equivalent; completion of three years of training in Pediatrics; valid license to practice medicine in the State of California; Employer will accept Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Pediatrics as evidence of completion of the training requirement.
